DIDSOLIT Project | Work Plan

Work Package 5: Selection and planning of the applications to undertake and promote

.

Description

A number of small scale, decentralised, pilot applications of innovative solar-energy systems are promoted in discrete public buildings situated in the target regions. For these solar applications technologies, know?how and best practices are transferred among the participating regions. Public buildings/premises are identified, studied and selected to host some type of innovative solar?systems worked out by the project. Finally, structured information on the regulatory environment in each participating region regarding the installation of decentralised, in?building, solar?energy facilities is made available.

Expected Results

  • Promotion of a given number of small scale decentralised pilot applications of innovative solar?energy systems in discrete public buildings placed in the target regions.

  • Cross?border’s transfer of technologies, know?how and best practices on the above solar applications.

  • To have identified, studied and selected the public buildings/premises which would be the more fitted –in each of the targeted Mediterranean Regions? as to host some type of innovative solar?systems worked out by the project.

  • To make available structured information on the regulatory environment ?in each of the targeted Regions? regarding the installation of decentralised, in?building, solar?energy facilities.
