Work Package 3: Capitalisation of the Results & Long Lasting Effects

Description

All activities carried out within the frames of this work package derive from the laid-out strategy for enhancing the use of the projectís results by stakeholders after the end of the projectís financing. The core idea is to use the results of the project as a driving force for other applications of solar technologies that will be undertaken in the target regions under private or public initiatives. Within this frame, the activities include presenting the final reports on the results, to stakeholders and public agencies, for promoting their future commitment. Additionally, to identify funding mechanisms for promoting the implementation of the pre?planned building?applications, beyond the end of the project. Finally, to promote political commitment from local agents towards replicate projectís actions, in order to get a deployment of solar?energy applications in buildings/premises, as a competitive activity.


Expected Results

- Stakeholders benefiting from conceptual designs and know how derived from the project

- Better information to Governments for they to design of policies for promoting solar?energy

- Generation of synergies with other ENPI?CBCMED projects, MSP?UfM projects, EuroMed EPAP projects, IEE?Altener projects, and SCH (IEA) projects.
